“The Steamed Cheeseburger at the legendary Ted’s in meriden Conneticut. A very unique way of making burgers, the meat is steamed in a small box, the cheese also. Unfortunatly it was not in my taste, beef cooked with a very special flavour, cheese chewy, bun big, cold n hard so… love the setting/place/tradition but for me the burger just an (3/10) #”
