“Pic from my LA trip, first time at plan check burger, heard a lot about it. Had the plan check burger; Very juicy (almost 2 loose) beef, Americanized Dashi cheese (thick n smooth w lots of flavour), ketchup leather (a first for me, very intense flavour), scmaltz onions, mixed pickles, crunch bun - very innovative kitchen, great intense flavours and good execution (9/10) - Thx for the rec 👌🏻”
