“A first for me, the Toston burger from pincho factory. The "bun" is made of fried plantains, topped w jack cheese, cilantro sauce, lettuce n tomato. Different and intresting but not really my taste (the plaintains have a distinct taste and texture that i dont love) But a first is a first...”
