Butcher and the Burger

“First time @butcherandtheburger in Chicago, loved the place! They have millions of combinations, so you could prob create an awesome burger better the the standard i had. I ordered a chefs creation All-American; house blend prime beef, split top egg butter bun, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickles, ketchup, yellow mustard and American cheese. All excellent only thing was that the meat (chargrilled) was grilled a bit hard on the surface (the char/burned flavour stood out to much) but an awesome burger in a nice place (9/10) the turkey burger best i ever had!”
