“Tonight in Oslo, got a tip about Troys a while back so had to stop by, Their ”oven grill” w charcoal got my hopes up! Unfortunatly the beef was not good, wrong grind, beefblend, compact and not a nice texture, the flavours of the sauce at the troyburger was nice, bun ok but overall can’t take the beef (4/10)”
