It sure was ultra thin/skinny, a bit to thin for my taste (I am also a bit tired of this type of thin smashed) maybe I should have ordered a tripple or 4*4? But the crust was there for sure, great bun and the flavours on point! So yes it goes right up on my list, best of Miami burgers (9/10) well done @skinnylouie.burgers 💯 and good luck with your coming openings, in NYC and elsewhere”
