“My last burger of 2024. I had it at what to be one of my favourite 🍔 spots in the world, been going here for 30+ years, and the atmosphere is still 💯 but unfortunatly the burger has lost some of it’s magic, they changed the bun, and also they must have done some changes with the beef, it’s not as juicy and much more compact and can be a bit chewy. But now and again they succeed, the trick order it medium rare and order when the grill is empty (sit at the bar with a good view of the kitchen/grill, and place order at the perfect moment) if all stars align and you follow my instructions and maybe have a bit of luck, it can still be a 10. Today’s one however just (7/10) it’s a pity considering this place was voted nr1 in USA for many years and by many”
