βDinner time (after lots of burgers w i will post later, not super hungry going for dinner) @ Beef&Liberty in Hong Kong, according 2 some best burger in town and others claim It one of the best in the world..... I don't agree on either. This is a good burger, juicy meat but could use seasoning, very nice fluffy bun, like racelette cheese normally but the combo w the very sweet carmalized onions and the sweetness of the bun - didn't do It for me - i lack the contrast - this is just sweet. A good but not amazing burger (7/10) - after more then 10 burgers today not super fair, have 2 try again next timeβ
