“Quick visit to my old hometown Palma (used to live on the island in the 90s) and every time I come to spain I have to get a classic Spanish bar/streetfood burger. Unique in style and taste, can’t be found outside spain. In spain you can find them at any local junk bar. What’s different/unique? They have a meat blend with beef and pork and some spices/herbs - that’s why they’re pinkish. Also the condiments from the ketchup to the cheese have a special flavour that for me bring back memories from my time on the island. Anyhow Napoli burger bar is one of the OG places (since 1986) for a hamburguesa con queso and also one of the best on the island.”

“It’s 🍔 friday folks! I took a trip down memory lane and had a hamburguesa con queso @ Bar Napoli in Palma de Mallorca (lived on the island for some years in the 90s) the taste of oldschool spanish burgers is unique, they put garlic and parsley in the beef blend, had a really hard time getting used to it when i lived here, but now i kind of miss it, and this is one of the best oldschool burgers on the island, for nostalgic reasons (10/10) taste wise it’s a 6/10”
